Zanzibar | KIX Africa 19 Hub Policy dialogue

The policy dialogue on teacher education reforms in Zanzibar is designed to set up teacher education reforms towards improving quality education in Zanzibar. The target group for the policy dialogue includes teacher educators, heads of teacher training institutions, experts from the Ministries of Education, and other relevant line ministries and will take place from November 21-23, 2023. The format will be a combination of plenary presentations and focus group discussions. The policy dialogue aims to generate a call to action and a clear road map for addressing teacher professional development challenges in Zanzibar, leading to improved quality education.
