Event Submission

Thank you for your interest in submitting an event item to our website. Before submitting the event item, please review the guidelines and then fill out the form below. We accept event items in English, French and Spanish.

CRITERIA:

  1. The content of the event item must be about a KIX-funded hub or project and can be used to promote or invite participants to an upcoming event or meetings.
  2. The author must be a member of a KIX-funded project team or hub.
  3. The maximum word count for the content is 300 words.
  4. We require that you upload a picture that represents to the event item so that we can use it as a title image. Make sure to submit an image that you have the rights to use and include an image credit (i.e. Organization/Name of Photographer).

PROCESS:

You should expect your content to be posted in up to 10 business days. Keep this timeline in mind when preparing your request. Once content is complete, it will be posted on the website in French, English and Spanish. If you have any issues with your submission, please contact: support@gpekix.org

* We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to edit or refuse to publish any submissions that are inappropriate or do not align with the criteria stated above.
