This study, from the "Adapting assessment into policy and learning (ADAPT): Adolescent 21st Century skills in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania" project, seeks to understand the extent to which learning assessments inform policy and practice, the extent to which they include life skills and values, and how best the data can be used to improve educational policies and practices in Uganda.
