A previous mapping study indicated that 22% of children aged between 4 and 17 years were estimated to be out of school in the Northwest and Southern regions of Sierra Leone. This effectiveness study seeks to investigate the extent to which Accelerated Education Programmes (AEP) and girls focused education models (GFM) beneficiaries from BRAC, Save the Children (SCF) International, as well as the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MBSSE) have transitioned to formal education or to the world of work.
