This evaluation aimed to help the project team understand and document the main results and changes brought on by the programme in the assessment utilization space, and how boundary actors, and stakeholders contributed to those changes / or role they have played in those changes.

This will inform the project team on key impact areas and support in understanding improvement needs for future similar programming.
