On 10 February 2023, the Anahita public organization, in partnership with the Republican Centre for Information Technologies under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, conducted a training session, Distance learning: from content creation to organization of educational processes. The training aimed to strengthen teachers' Information and Communications Technology (ICT) competencies, including enhancing knowledge and experience in using distance learning technologies in education. More than 30 teachers, directors of Dushanbe city's secondary schools, and the Tajik State Pedagogical University graduate students took part in the training. Participants learned effective ways to use Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube and E-Donish - the Tajik educational portal for creating digital content and teaching students in an online format.

Training participants were introduced to international practices of online learning. Issues of access to the Internet in the remote regions, developing electronic materials for use in the educational process and the need to equip schools with the necessary equipment were discussed. The ICT Centre, under the Ministry of Education and Science of Tajikistan, presented various educational resources to teachers during the training, including the Centre's portal with digital materials on various school subjects and grades, which can help teachers effectively deliver lessons remotely and improve the quality of education in Tajikistan.

The training was conducted as part of the Distance education to improve quality and access to school education in Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, and Tajikistan project.
