The Zimbabwean government officials who participated in the Scaling Advisory Committee (SAC) identified several key observations of the Learner Guide Programme based on the research activities. They suggest that CAMFED’s Learner Guide Programme is well aligned with national priorities. A review of relevant government plans in Zimbabwe indicates synergies between the Learner Guide Programme and national frameworks and plans.
