The case study ‘Scaling Innovative Elements of a Preschool Education Project in Kyrgyzstan’ is a knowledge product of the first KIX EAP Learning Cycle on "Feasibility Studies on Scaling Innovation". In this study, a team consisting of national education experts from Kyrgyzstan set out to explore the feasibility of scaling a World Bank-funded project on inclusive preschool education in Kyrgyzstan to expand the knowledge base on scaling innovation in education. The study highlights the relevance of horizontal scaling by aggregation and dissemination of teaching and learning materials and an establishment of a culture of continuous learning and development.
