This paper was presented at the "Future of Education Conference-2026" in Florence, Italy. It explores how educational interventions can be designed for successful scaling without compromising implementation quality. It presents a practical approach that combines the DACUM occupational analysis methodology with artificial intelligence to develop and validate a reliable instrument for measuring implementation fidelity in a flexible education model. By translating facilitators’ responsibilities into observable practices and validating the instrument through psychometric analysis, the study demonstrates how evidence-based monitoring can support consistent implementation, informed decision-making, and the sustainable expansion of educational innovations across diverse contexts.
