The Bhutan team wrote this case study as part of the KIX EAP Learning Cycle 5 on 'Teacher Professional Development at Scale (TPD@Scale)' facilitated by the TPD@Scale Coalition for the Global South, through the Foundation for Information Technology Education and Development, Inc. (FIT-ED). In the case study, the team examined how Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)-mediated Teacher Professional Development (TPD) programmes can be scaled through adaptation/ localization for a large number of teachers to improve students’ learning outcomes.
