This case study has been produced by a team from Mongolia in the context of the KIX EMAP Learning Cycle “Secondary Teacher Workforce Management”, held in collaboration with the UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP). It presents an analysis of secondary teacher workforce in Mongolia, including teacher requirements, deployment and utilisation, along with policy and practice recommendations.
