Identifying the Gaps between Policy and Practice in Providing Resources for Students with Disabilities : A Case Study of Bhojpur District, Nepal

This study aims to understand the policies designed to support students with disabilities, with particular attention to their implementation at the local level in Bhojpur’s resource classrooms at Yashodhara Secondary School and Bhojpur Residential School of Deaf. The research explores the availability and distribution of resources such as specialized learning materials, assistive devices, and trained teachers who can effectively support children with disabilities.
