Final Report: Strengthening bilingual and multilingual learning systems in francophone Africa

This study aims to generate and mobilize evidence to strengthen bilingual and multilingual education systems in Côte d’Ivoire, the DRC, and Senegal (with applications to other multilingual settings of francophone Africa and beyond).
