The GREAT-ECE project (2022-2024) aimed to improve the quality of ECE in Rwanda and Mozambique by assessing the effectiveness and scalability of gender-responsive and play-based learning teacher training. The project's findings on scaling ECE interventions in low-resource settings have been compiled into a policy brief focusing on the enabling and constraining factors for scaling GR-PBL teacher training in the ECE sector in Rwanda and Mozambique. The policy brief targets policymakers, development partners, and donors.
