A new report from the Data Must Speak (DMS) Positive Deviance Research presents an analysis of the resources and contextual factors associated with school performance in Nepal, ranging from a teacher’s gender to the presence of children’s clubs at the school. This analysis is the first phase of a longer-term initiative in partnership between UNICEF Innocenti, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, UNICEF Nepal, and other partners that aims to identify and scale promising school-level practices throughout the country.
