
Beyond traditional sector analysis, the Ministry of Education of Ghana is invested in deepening its use of existing data to enhance education quality. This new policy brief – about exam performance – from the Data Must Speak (DMS) Positive Deviance Research is part of the first phase of a longer-term initiative in partnership between the MoE of Ghana, UNICEF Ghana, UNICEF Innocenti, and other partners. DMS research aims to identify and scale promising school-level practices throughout the country.
