This report presents the findings of a baseline survey conducted across 13 community schools within the Bhojpur Municipality. Utilizing a capability-based Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) framework, the study evaluates educational resources, student well-being, and individual agency from the children's own perspectives. By positioning them as evaluators of their school environments, the study offers insights into how institutional arrangements shape everyday educational experiences across gender, grade, and ethnicity.
