Webinar: Presentation of the mapping work on educational research

KIX Africa 21 Hub, led by a consortium comprising of the AUF, CONFEMEN, and IFEF-OIF (lead partner), is pleased to invite you to the regional session on the results of the mapping of educational research carried out by the AUF as part of the KIX program.

The aim of this project was to map the local scientific fabric based on a detailed inventory of the various research production centers such as Écoles normales supérieures (ENS), university departments, research centers, and other research-oriented structures, so that they can contribute effectively to national dialogues and effectively guide public education policies.

This mapping covers 10 countries in the GPE KIX Africa 21 Hub: Benin, Burundi, Cameroon, Comoros, the Republic of Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea, Senegal, Chad, and Togo.  

The mapping will provide states with an innovative tool for mobilizing experts, referencing available skills, and accessing a rich and diverse database of resources (scientific journals, various information on scientific events, active laboratories), thus facilitating access to the expertise needed to support the development of education policies.

This major study's rich findings and relevant observations offer valuable insights for new decision-making pathways and this initiative facilitates the dialogue between political and academic actors.
