The KIX EMAP Hub, in partnership with the Republic of Maldives Ministry of Education and the KIX research grantee Villa College, will host the KIX Maldives National Uptake Forum 2024 in person on 29 May.
The uptake forum aims to share KIX work with key stakeholders, to develop stronger relationships between educational institutions and to further the connection between GPE KIX and the Maldives Ministry of Education.
The forum’s one-day programme includes keynote addresses on the topic of “Uptake of research in policy and practice – challenges and experience” and two thematic sessions on (i) Teaching and Learning and (ii) Data Use. During the forum there will be opportunities for open discussion on the connection between KIX with the education transformation agenda supported by GPE in the Maldives.
The uptake forum is being conducted as an in-person event at Villa College, Malé. The sessions will be live-streamed on Zoom.
