About the webinar
Trends in education reform efforts across Asia and the Pacific demonstrate a drive to adapt education systems to meet the today’s demands for ‘21st century’ skills or competencies (inclusive of knowledge, skills, attitudes and values). As a result, countries worldwide are reviewing and revising their learning goals, and these learning goals are no longer focused on knowledge alone - they are focused on how we use knowledge and build knowledge.

As part of the KIX EAP Webinar series, the UNESCO Regional Bureau for Education in Bangkok and the NEQMAP Secretariat are pleased to share some concrete examples of how this shift in learning goals is being met by different countries. It is an opportunity for countries and education stakeholders to share their experiences and to learn about promising practices that can strengthen the implementation of competency-based learning frameworks.

Eligibility
Anyone is eligible to participate. The webinar is particularly aimed at policy makers, education stakeholders, officials, teachers, and academic researchers. To access the webinar, you need to register in advance. Register here.
