Rigobert Pambe is currently the Deputy Lead of Programs at E-Base Africa. He is a TVET teacher and an education researcher, with a particular focus on evidence generation, synthesis, implementation and dissemination. As an advocate for data-driven decision-making, he believes in a future in which African leaders make decisions based on evidence produced by researchers who understand the region’s environmental settings.
