Patricia Kitsao-Wekulo is the Head of Early Childhood Development at the African Population and Health Research Centre (APHRC). She is a child development researcher interested in the investigation and improvement of various facets of the immediate environment of the child. Patricia also has a strong interest in advancing understanding of how assessment tools of early learning environments can be scaled with quality.
