Lukman Jaji is an ICT policy expert and software engineer specializing in digital solutions for policy implementation across Africa. As an EMIS expert at the African Union Commission, he leads efforts to strengthen education data systems in member states. Previously, he trained over 100 government officials and developed solutions for public administration. With expertise in information systems, he bridges technology and policy to enhance institutional effectiveness. Lukman has worked for GIZ and served as a resource person for the World Bank PASET program. He currently manages the KIX project for the African Union Commission within the KIX Africa 19 consortium.
