Dr Leslie Casely-Hayford is the Director of Associates for Change, a research think tank based in Ghana West Africa and dedicated to assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of alternative education pathways for out of school children in West Africa. She is the West Africa team leader for a multi-country study on scaling up accelerated education options for children in marginalized and conflict affected areas.
