Kossi Kpomegni Tsali is the Director of Planning, Statistics and Monitoring and Evaluation of Togo’s Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. As a statistician and specialist in steering and evaluation of education systems, he has over 15 years of experience in producing education statistics, planning, programming, budgeting and monitoring and evaluation of education systems. He also provides statistics applied to education in public and private universities in Togo.
