Komi Dometo Gbokpa is the Director of the National Center for Pedagogical Documentation and Information and Communication Technologies for Education in Togo. He worked for several years in building Togolese schools’ examination platform. As a “Product Management and Leadership” graduate of African Leadership University of Kigali, he works hard to provide the public sector with products that solve citizens’ daily problems, such as diplomas and certificates for easy access.
