Ignatius has experience in Project Management and Quality Management Systems. As an ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor, he has led organization and process auditing, system auditing, system maintenance, and risk management. At eKitabu, he manages various projects, including digitization and Quality Assurance (QA) of curriculum materials into electronic braille (e-braille) formats for learners with low vision or blindness. Since 2018, Ignatius has worked with Kenya Institute for the Blind (KIB), Africa Braille Center (ABC), and Kilimanjaro Blind Trust Africa (KBTA) to adapt and deliver materials into e-braille formats and to design and implement training for teachers and learners in the use of accessible digital materials. In the IDRC-KIX project, Ignatius drives scaling strategies across the three countries: Kenya, Rwanda and Malawi, supporting inclusive education through regional collaboration, teacher capacity building, and accessible digital content. He also serves as the ROSIE contact person, driving regional collaboration and learning.
