Efoe Gbeteglo is the Head of the Division of Statistics at Togo's Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. He is an economist and education systems manager. With eight years of experience at the local level (inspection and regional), he has solid expertise in the challenges related to data collection and use at the most decentralized levels of the Togolese education system.
