Carolina Osorio is a political scientist by training and a specialist in public policy for Latin America and the Caribbean. She is a grassroots communicator, translator, feminist, and mother. She currently works as a programme adviser at the Latin American Campaign for the Right to Education (CLADE). She has participated in various regional projects on digital rights, gender, inclusive education, and the human right to education, as well as in communication, mobilisation and educommunication production processes.
